• Is there an Insomnia cure?

 

The treatment or cures for insomnia will depend largely upon the type of insomnia you have. It can vary from simply changing your nightly routine or environment in your room, getting good exercise daily, not drinking caffeine after 4:00 pm, eating healthy and making sure you do not have any nutrient deficiencies, to- in some cases- needing a type of insomnia medication.  Most of the herbal remedies that we have listed on our website have helped considerably for most patients to cure or treat their insomnia.

Always try to find the underlying cause to your insomnia before you try herbal, over-the-counter, or prescription treatments.  It is recommended to check with a health care professional who will do some tests and go over your routine and symptoms with you to rule out an underlying medical condition.
