It has been known to soothe pain when ingested and can help relieve pain with breast tenderness or muscle soreness experienced on and off during pregnancy. A little a pinch of baking soda under your tongue before bed at night or in the morning, or when you are experiencing soreness throughout the day is all that is needed to relieve pain.

Tylenol is also considered safe to take during pregnancy for aches and pains.

For heart burn- try a teaspoon of baking soda mixed in water or apple cider vinegar to help alleviate the symptoms.
